About the Founder
I'm Wiktoria Korbecka. I built automations, created tools, and started seeing firsthand how AI could transform the way we work, especially for women, who are 25% less likely to even try it.
So I founded Women Lead AI. A community and education platform built to help women learn, implement, and scale AI in their careers and businesses.
Beyond that, I run WK Designs, a 3D printing business where I use AI-driven tools to streamline everything from product development to marketing. It's proof that you don't need to be a developer to build something powerful with AI.
Whether you're a founder, a corporate professional, or somewhere in between, AI isn't going anywhere. The question is whether you're going to use it or be left behind. I'm here to make sure it's the former.
